What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Order information
When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site. Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you and inform you about the payment;
- Arrange pickup;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud.
We’ll also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site.
Local Pickup information
When the purchase value exceeds 1.000 eur, the company is obliged, according to the ZDDV-1, to collect the following customer data upon Pickup in order to identify the buyer Article 170:
- Name and Surname
- Address
- Date of birth and tax number
- Personal ID number
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
When you place an order on Moro sites: Moro.si and Morobitcoin and make payment, we are in charge to maintain your order Information for our records until the receipt is formed. To fulfil our legal TAX obligations, Moro & Kunst is responsible to store purchase information on created invoices, in physical form for a period of 10 years. All electronic data is deleted immediately after invoice creation.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on Moro site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Mailing list
As part of the registration process for our mailing list, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

Updates
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
